I had a long look at these at Sturgis in 1999 I think - and I must say that I was impressed.
The logic behind the unit makes sense - and the engineering was pretty good.
I liked the idea of not having to bugger around with a trailer - when travelling that would make life a lot simpler -
I am not sure about removing the chain - that is a bit of a nuisance I must admit - I am not sure how critical that really would be - perhaps if you were driving up a lot of dusty roads/areas - no mention of removal of belts so that would be a question I would ask.
Find someone who owns and uses one - talk with them would be the best possible research
